Finally Praja Rajyam won half the battle. Mr. Allu Aravind was signaling the Rail Engine symbol even before the formation of the party. The Bahujana Samajwadi Party (Ambedkar-Phule) submitted a memorandum to Chief Electoral Officer I. V. Subba Rao here on Saturday contesting allotment of ‘rail engine’ symbol to the Praja Rajyam.
