TD, PRP ahead in campaign as Congress is silent

The Telugu Desam and the Praja Rajyam Party are ahead of the Congress in electioneering.
The PRP president, Chiranjeevi is on continuous tour of the State covering district after district, since he launched his party at Tirupathi. His brother, Pawan Kalyan, too has been touring the districts on his own.
The TD had deployed Nandamuri heroes, Balakrishna and Junior NTR, for the campaign. The two heroes have been on the job with Balakrishna covering the coastal districts from south, while Junior NTR meeting the voters from the north. It is only these two heroes who have been on the continuous campaigns in the State from the TD, besides Chiranjeevi of the PRP.
Though the Congress has half-a-dozen film stars in its kitty, they are yet to come out to meet the voters. Actress Jayasudha had softly turned down the request of the party leaders to campaign. It is to be seen how film stars like Dasari Narayana Rao, Sri Hari, Sarada, Vanisri, Raja, Vijayachandar and Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam would be getting into the people with Congress flags. The Congress sources said that the party was contemplating on fielding Srihari and Sarada for the Assembly.
However, the heads of the TD, TRS and the Left are yet to begin their campaign. Chandrababu Naidu is busy holding parleys with the TRS and the Left leaders on seat sharing. Once the Maha Kutami (Grand Alliance) completes the seat sharing exercise, the leaders like Chandrababu Naidu (TD), Chandrasekhara Rao (TRS), Raghavulu (CPI-M) and Narayana (CPI) would swung into direct campaigning.
Interestingly, the TRS leader, Vijayasanthi, too is yet to get into action and is seen lobbying with KCR on her candidature for Lok Sabha.
