The Ninth Indian Telly Awards 2009 honoured the shining stars of the Indian television industry.Hosted at Chitrakoot Grounds Andheri, Mumbai Indian telly Awards had 34 Categories.The Hosts were Mona Singh and Vishal Malhotra.

The 9th Indian Telly Awards were organized, which proved to be lucky for cast members of the shows Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai & Sapna Baabul Ka Bidaai. These two shows got the top most position & were pleased by all.
