Job Description : National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (II) – 2009

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will hold the NDA-II and Naval Academy (NA) Examination, 2009 on 30th August, 2009 for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wing of the NDA. Only Unmarried male candidates are eligible,

Eligibility Criteria :

Age : Born between 2nd July, 1991 and 1st January,1994.

Educational Qualification :

For Army : 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

For Air Force, Navy and Naval Academy : 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University with Physics and Mathematics subjects

Physical Standards: Candidates must be physically fit according to the Regulations given in notice.

Application Form: The candidates must apply in the Common Application Form devised by the Commission for its examinations, which can be purchased from the designated Head Post Offices/ Post offices throughout the country against cash payment of Rs. 20/- only.

Application Fee: Rs.50/- through Central Recruitment Fee Stamp only. SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from payment (OBC candidates required to pay full fee).

Apply: All applications must reach the “Secretary, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069? either by hand or by Post/Speed Post or by courier on or before the 13th April, 2009. For the candidates from remore far flung areas the last date is 20th April, 2009.
